Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for ensuring and managing the quality of all garments and ensure the product quality as per buyer's requirement.
∎ To plan, organize, execute & to ensure compliance of finished garments to the agreed specifications and quality standard and establish and maintain the quality plan for each product.
∎ To ensure the optimum level production by maintaining desire quality and on time production and Quality Control.
∎ The candidate has to capable to lead the entire quality team successfully and also to manage & follow up the QA team members.
∎ Monitoring QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports.
∎ Maintain a right Quality Management System to ensure quality of product and collaborate with merchandising teams to identify the customers' needs and ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
∎ Ensure that AQL of the company is properly maintained & exceeded.
∎ Responsible to provide approval of size set sample, bulk fabrics cutting, organize and conduct a pre-production meeting.
∎ Monitoring inline, pre final inspection and able to do final Inspections and prepare the full report including the picture.
∎ The candidate has to technically sound and able to provide technical support to the production and sample department.
∎ Supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on the production.
∎ Detect faults and recommend corrective action by checking the operations of production, discussing and solving the problems with line manger & merchandising team in order to improve the product quality.
∎ Take appropriate action to ensure that required quality standards are maintained through the process to prevent the recurrence of similar issues.
∎ You should be truly honest and work for the best of the product quality without compromise.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing specially preparing Excel sheet.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
Salary: Negotiable
