∎ Skills Required: Commercial export import, Logistics Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Commercial and Banking
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure all the commercial activities correctly and timely.
∎ The candidate will be responsible to perform Export and Import related different activities with minimum supervision.
∎ Responsible for maintaining commercial papers/ documentation for import and export.
∎ Prepare necessary statements and report in line with the management's requirement.
∎ Able to prepare Commercial Invoice, Packing List and any other export/import related documents.
∎ Assist in handling import and export related activities as far as the commercial is concerned.
∎ Correspondence with banks, customs, insurance, overseas office & external parties etc.
∎ Must Have sound knowledge of Banking activities i.e. Opening of local and foreign L/Cs, B2B L/C, EDF, Cash L/C, FTT etc.
∎ Follow up issuance of PI, LC opening, amendment, correction and payment process with supplier through Bank to complete the whole process.
∎ Ensure PI terms and conditions for B2B LC and checking LC clauses with supplier.
∎ Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the management as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants must have English proficiency in writing & speaking.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of MS Office program (especially MS Office and MS Excel).
∎ Should have good knowledge web browsing.
∎ Should have good typing skill in English.
Salary: Negotiable
