∎ Graduate with good academic credentials.
∎ Preference will be given to candidates having textile/garments back ground.
∎ Additionally if candidate has experience working with US and European customers.

∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 5 years of working experience in a leadership position in a reputed organization. Must have knowledge of quality management system.
∎ Must have thorough knowledge on quality audit and system process.
∎ Must have experience working as a QMS.
∎ Fluently written and spoken English.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Should be able to manage audits.
∎ Must be capable to train production & Quality teams on DHU, KPI and other requirements.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To monitor production processes to ensure that factory machinery and people produce garments in accordance with buyer and company and requirements.
∎ To oversee production and quality team, making sure that quality control measures are carried out properly.
∎ To review the work of subordinates who inspect products for functionality and conformance to specifications.
∎ To serve as a liaison to production staff, explaining the results of quality control procedures.
∎ To develop, implement and maintain quality management systems.
∎ To create standard operating procedures for the specific plant in which they work.
∎ Must be able to make weekly presentation to management on Production Unit performance.
∎ Effective CAP to take and to implement for top 5 defects determined by daily/weekly defect analysis.
