Responsibilities & Context:
- We are looking for competent personnel for the post of "Manager- QMS (Woven Garments)" for a reputed woven garments Manufacturing Organization. The incumbent must have initiative, experience & the drive to deliver high-quality results.
- Follow up, monitor and supervise QMS requirements.
- To run successfully QMS throughout the whole manufacturing unit from warehouse to shipment.
- Lead quality control and assurance system in cutting, sewing, and finishing.
- Train up all quality staffs about quality requirements, concepts, and policy.
- Develop and maintain quality SOP, quality Manual and TQM for effective quality management.
- Implement all technical requirements of the buyer for technical audit.
- Conduct internal QMS/Technical Audit to find out scope for improvement.
- Work with Buying QC for a better understanding of quality requirements.
- Implement all types of Quality Metrics & KPI reporting. Also take necessary measures for quality improvement.
