Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deal with the quality concern independently for all quality control activities including quality control, Audit, In-process inspection, In line inspection, Traffic light system, TQM, 5S, Lot pass audit, DHU, Root cause analysis, preventive & corrective action to make the system more effective.
∎ He will be accountable for monitoring operations to ensure that they meet production standards throughout the factory manufacturing process and examine products and materials for defects or deviations from specifications.
∎ We are looking for a young, energetic & creative Candidate who is ready to take challenges in our multinational working environment as a Quality Manager to lead the factory's quality in the next level amplifying industry.
∎ Check the first bundle with factory team as per buyer standard SOP and correct line to proceed bulk.
∎ Coordination, facilitation and management of task within team and organization.
∎ Ability to think creatively & see the big picture as well as the small details;
∎ Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of the finished product
∎ Deal with the critical operation, quality points, and explain to the Quality team
∎ Maintain and improves product quality by Monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance, and Technical support.
∎ Collaborate with other departments of management to develop the product, SOP, and training methods.
∎ Capable of problem solving & suggesting solutions;
∎ Extremely flexible and adaptive to changing priorities;
∎ Taking necessary action or inform the authority If any discrepancies happen
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with the respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Sound Knowledge of all kinds of Technical Audit.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system
