Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all Electric & Electronics, Civil, Mechanical, Fire Safety works in Production, Maintenance & also in project related work.
∎ Prepare Maintenance and Manpower work schedule and execute the implementation
∎ Prepare Drawing & Plans as may be required by the Compliance & Factory operation requirement
∎ Manage, supervise all ongoing work of Department & ensure that every work had been done properly by subordinate
∎ Developed, trained, guide & teach all subordinates on the technical aspects related to departmental task
∎ • Machine trouble shooting may require in this operation
∎ Report to management on regular basis for the development/ progress of the project
∎ Energy consumption of daily operation & proper management
∎ To reduce the operation cost by proper maintaining the Equipment & Machinery
∎ To ensure the factory electrical, fire & structural safety by daily monitoring as per BNBC/NFPA/other Govt authority, Follow up the rsc/Nirapon/others inspection CAPs and update the monthly CAPs and send to respective concern
∎ All other duties given by Management
