Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology
∎ Skills Required: Problem Solving, Strong leadership and team management skill

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): QUALITY ASSURANCE, Quality Control/ Audit, textile technology

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead the execution of Rolling Inspection & Shading Inspection
∎ To check dyeing finishing fabric quality (Shade, GSM, Fabric width etc.)
∎ To verify finished fabric inspection report as per 4-point system
∎ To check all physical test quality report (Shrinkage, spirality, color fastness, rubbing etc.)
∎ To oversee daily quality report & deliver the fabric to the finished fabric store
∎ To conduct product & process route analysis and execute corrective action in the developments stage
∎ To co-ordinate with LEAN & Quality Circle team for process optimization and minimum wastage.
∎ To minimize wastes of time, money, materials, energy, and other resources at dyeing finishing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proactive, self- motivated and self-started with a positive attitude
∎ Should have eligibility to work under pressure
∎ Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
∎ Proficient in compute usage

Salary: Negotiable
