  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Willingness to work extra hours during month end or audit periods, if required.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in hospital, pharmaceutical, or import-based companies.

  • Strong knowledge of medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, and hospital consumables.

  • Proficient in procurement software and MS Office (especially Excel).

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and quality standards



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Age at most 40 years

  • Must be non-smoker, following religious guidelines and maintain a healthy lifestyle

  • Has sound knowledge about purchase planning and analysis

  • Plan, organize, and oversee the procurement of medical and non-medical items Leading and inspiring others

  • Evaluate vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure best pricing, quality, and timely delivery

  • Maintain proper inventory levels and avoid overstocking or shortages of critical supplies

  • Ensure all procurement activities follow hospital policies and government regulations

  • Handle purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and related documentation

  • Resolve vendor complaints or delivery issues in a timely manner

  • Conduct regular audits of inventory and suppliers

  • Work with the finance department to ensure timely payments and budgeting alignment

  • Able to lead and has managed a team of at least 5 people

  • High level of competency in Word and Excel
