·  Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in healthcare, high-rise, or commercial construction projects.

·  Experience in design review, construction supervision, and quality control is essential.

·  Experience working with developers and consultants will be considered an added advantage.

·  Monitor the ongoing construction progress carried out by the developers and ensure proper technical supervision on behalf of the company.

·  Review Architectural, Structural, Electrical, and MEP drawings and ensure compliance across all disciplines.

·  Oversee and maintain quality control of construction materials, verify specifications, and prepare technical reports.

·  Coordinate effectively with developers, consultants (Decon Studio & Hema), contractors, and design teams to ensure project quality and timely progress.

·  Identify construction issues, design changes, site problems, and provide necessary technical recommendations to management.

·  Prepare site visit reports, monthly progress updates, and maintain all technical documentation.

·  Ensure compliance with BNBC, Fire Safety requirements, and all construction standards relevant to future hospital operations.
