Overall project coordination and management.
Supervision of the construction of the hospital building and infrastructure development.
Implementation of policies and strategic decisions.
Fund Raising initiatives from prospective shareholders.
Coordination among Developers, Architects, Consultants, Contractors & Hospital Management.
Procurement planning and high-value procurement management.
Recruitment training & team development.
Preparation of reports, documentation & ensuring operational readiness for hospital launch.
Ensure timely completion and successful commencement of hospital operations.
