Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be responsible for preparing the daily work schedule and work allocation for the workers to the respective area.
∎ Be responsible to ensure the customer's delivery schedule for every order.
∎ Be responsible to ensure the highest production capacity every day ensuring the highest quality.
∎ Be responsible for ensuring that all machinery of the section is always properly cleaned & maintained.
∎ Be responsible for monitoring manpower utilization and ensuring the optimum yield of the product.
∎ Recommendation of worker's leaves for approval.
∎ To ensure to receive and return of Raw material, Packaging material & transferring finished products, and maintaining their records by communicating with the respective department (Ware house, QA & QC).
∎ To look after the overall operations of the production department & the other departments as required.
∎ To carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
