Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic Manager (Production with Factory Monitoring) who has experience in this area. This candidate should have at least 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Production, obtaining leads for the production team with overall factory monitoring to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for overall monitoring with rice production of the factory as per quality standard set by the quality department and Management;
∎ To manage and administer effectively all the factory matters for uninterrupted production;
∎ To ensure smooth flow of production with maximum target at optimum quality;
∎ To ensure availability of skilled worker for smooth operation;
∎ Responsible for overall management of different shift;
∎ Ensure production efficiency at every stage of rice manufacturing process;
∎ Ensure proper packing of finished goods;
∎ Perform any other job assigned by the management;
∎ Follow up the Paddy Warehouses, needs to be maintained in well manner;
∎ Responding as Team leader for any emergency issue.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude;
∎ Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills (oral & written) in English;
∎ Sound Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, MS-word and excel is a must;
∎ Report producing for management and MIS;
∎ Technical knowledge in related machines and production process;
∎ Able to work under pressure, team Work & negotiation Skill;
∎ Managing ability with problem solution & analytically skills;
∎ Good knowledge in Quality Department.
