Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee End-to-End Production Operations: Manage and supervise the full manufacturing process—from raw material input to finished product—ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality at every stage.
∎ Achieve Daily and Monthly Production Targets: Plan, monitor, and drive the team to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of output.
∎ Ensure Product Quality Control: Implement and maintain strict quality assurance procedures, conduct inspections, and resolve any quality issues that arise during production.
∎ Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead and coordinate a team of factory workers, technicians, and support staff. Provide training, set work schedules, and ensure smooth workflow on the production floor.
∎ Monitor Machinery and Equipment: Ensure all production equipment and machinery are operating efficiently and safely. Schedule and oversee regular maintenance to minimize downtime.
∎ Inventory & Material Management: Collaborate with the store and procurement departments to ensure materials are available as per production requirements, and track material usage effectively.
∎ Reporting and Communication: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and share insights with senior management. Highlight challenges, achievements, and suggestions for improvement.
∎ Compliance and Safety: Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and labor regulations.
∎ We are looking for a highly experienced and dedicated Manager (Production & Operation) to oversee the entire production process at our factory.

∎ The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the hardware and others manufacturing industry and strong leadership skills.
