Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee, plan, and implement strategy to optimize the effective utilization of workforce, materials & machinery.
∎ To recognize & operate all equipment in packaging unit for the corrugated carton production for Bone China and Ceramic tableware packing.
∎ Schedule work, coordinate production activities, provide direct oversight of employees, approve time records, communicate and implement company policy. Engage in employee development activities, make recommendations on employee hire, promotion and disciplinary action.
∎ Assure an even flow of work through all manufacturing functions in order to meet production goals and minimize unscheduled downtime.
∎ Maintain a clean, safe and injury-free work environment by ensuring health and safety procedures are understood and executed by all employees.
∎ Analyze production performance, identify opportunities, make recommendations for process and equipment improvement, establish and execute goals.
∎ Ensure predictive and preventive maintenance programs are accomplished and repairs are completed on a timely basis so that production and profitability objectives are met.
∎ Evaluate and recommend capital projects to ensure plant profitability.
∎ Oversee the appropriate implementation of health, safety, environmental, quality, and continual improvement standards as set by the corporation and by local, state, and federal regulations.
∎ Supervise a team of Packaging Machine Operators and Mechanics to execute the production plan.
∎ Perform all work in accordance with company standards and established safety procedures.
∎ Manage all current and new customers packaging related requirements, special projects including development and implementation of new quality carton. Ensure proper labor, material equipment, facilities, systems, etc. are available. Local and export customers must be completely satisfied and receive defect free services and products.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum Ten (10) years’ of previous experience in corrugated cartoon manufacturing industry.
∎ At Least Six (6) years’ previous experience in a Managerial capacity at a corrugated carton manufacturing facility.
∎ Established knowledge of corrugated and packaging manufacturing machinery, concepts, practices, and procedures including continual improvement processes and safety practices.
∎ Working knowledge of computer systems including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as experience with manufacturing systems including shop floor software.
∎ Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle numerous details, deadlines, and requests.
∎ Solid analytical and mathematical skills.
∎ Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment, prioritize assignments, and handle multiple projects and/or requests concurrently.
