International Marketing, International/ Export Marketing, Sales & Marketing

Tiles/Ceramic
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make company products available in international markets by analyzing trends, customers, developing sales plan, set strategies to achieve company's International Business goal.
∎ Search and develop the buyers around the globe (Asia, Middle East, Europe, Australia and America)
∎ Correspondence with all the existing buyers and also develop very good relationship with them.
∎ Collect order and execute all export order as per export rules and regulations preparing export shipping documentation for custom & buyer as well (like Invoice, Packing List, CO, SAFTA, and Checking BL etc).
∎ Collect business orders from customers and preparing both Order Sheet and Sales Contract.
∎ Place order to factories as per buyer's requirements with proper guidelines
∎ Communicate Commercial team and Operations team to finalize the deadline of the shipments and following up the entire shipment procedure.
∎ Maintain all the activities with Foreign Trade Department properly and efficiently.
∎ Communicate the customers after the shipment to collect their feedback as well as approaching for next business orders.
∎ Provide timely feedback of all their queries like product specification, pricing, sample sending, and shipment formalities.
∎ Send documents to the buyer to release products from Buyer's port.
∎ Generate ideas for new product, promotion, labeling & Packaging development as per market demand.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 34 years
∎ Excellent written and verbal communications skills, good negotiation skills in both English & Bengali; additional languages will be considered favorably.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ International Buyer Handling Skill.
∎ Knowledge of the global Porcelain & Bone China Tableware markets
∎ Should have sound Product Knowledge regarding Porcelain & Bone China Tableware
∎ Must have very good computer skills along with excellent command over MS office application.
∎ The candidate has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
