Production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan, co-ordinate & monitor production on daily basis to produce high-quality casting
∎ products
∎ Processes to improve efficiency & reduce cost per K.G.
∎ Manage all steps of production.
∎ Daily Production & Delivery Report and Daily Wastage Report.
∎ Identify cost reduction opportunities in the production process through appropriate and timely production planning, monitoring support and analysis, method & management system development.
∎ Monitor, control and utilize man, machine and material for optimum productivity.
∎ Develop efficient strategies to reduce production costs where possible.
∎ Planning How to achieve and increase production at all stages along with control of wastages.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly production plans.
∎ Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget Preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances.
∎ Factory Over Head Cost (Excluding Raw Materials, Spare, Gas, Electricity, Fuel) monitoring.
∎ GI Fittings & other castings Item wise production planning monitoring as per sales deptt. requirement.
∎ Achieving production target in order to implement the production schedule.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Top Management.
∎ Knowledge of operating OES spectrometer & C.E. meter
∎ Knowledge of Induction furnace melting, charge calculations, moulding materials etc. will be consider as an added advantage
