Responsibilities & Context:
Expert in the fabrication, welding, and painting processes of bicycle frames, forks, and accessories
Possess sound knowledge of technical drawings related to bicycle frames, forks, and accessories
Demonstrated expertise in the use and maintenance of fabrication molds and tools.
Comprehensive understanding of welding processes, including the required current, voltage, and gas for steel and alloy products.
Prepare and implement production plans that align with requirements and budget constraints
Ensure product quality meets EU/USA standards
Proficient in preparing Bills of Materials (BOM), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and presentations for various value-added projects
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Microsoft Projects, etc.
