∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
∎ Ensure that the production is cost effective;
∎ Decide what resources are required;
∎ Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed;
∎ Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programmers;
∎ Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals;
∎ Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed;
∎ Supervise and motivate a team of workers;
∎ Review worker performance;
∎ Identify training needs.
∎ Ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.
∎ Determine the human resources required
∎ Determine the material resources required
∎ Prepare and maintain production reports
∎ Determine and implement improvements to the production process
∎ Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Planning Skills
∎ 5S, TPM(Total Productive Maintenance) at work place
∎ Have Knowledge on ERP Management, ISO 9001-2015, MS Office,
