∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Any foreign working experience/degree/training will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to plan and execution.
∎ Ability to Calculate & evaluate cost per pieces
∎ Ability to improve individual worker efficiency
∎ Ability to minimize the Factory cost
∎ Ability to Manage and track customer orders
∎ Ability to build up a team work.
∎ Ensure that the shipment is delivered on time to meet the deadline.
∎ Ability to Monitor daily in and output target and efficiency
∎ Ensure line connectivity and proper production line plan (Sewing/ Washing/Finishing)
∎ Ability to closely monitoring line wise efficiency and plan vs. actual output.
∎ Ability to manage order Tracking from raw material to customer delivery
∎ Ability to handle customer visit.
∎ Ability to manage employees/daily production plus development
∎ Any other job assigned by the Top Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 50 to 70 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant Should be sound knowledge across all kinds of Garments
∎ Good leadership qualities with excellent skills on training and skill imparting
∎ Good interpersonal skills
∎ Should have a high sense of responsibility and accountability
