Educational Requirements:
∎ The incumbent must be an industrial engineer and must have Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering/ must have a professional Bachelor Degree in Apparel Manufacturing Planning.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for just in time planning, material requirements planning, capacity planning and production activity;
∎ Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products;
∎ Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance without delay;
∎ Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand;
∎ Assigning workers and other staff to particular production operation (s);
∎ Scheduling shift according to production needs;
∎ Monitoring jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget;
∎ Addressing issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption;
∎ Obtaining output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.);
∎ Prepare ring and submitting status and performance reports;
∎ Keeping paperwork organized; and
∎ Keeping close liaison with all the related departments to ensure that the production is accomplished as planned.
