Educational Requirements:
∎ The incumbent must be an industrial engineer and must have Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering with high academic achievements.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring optimum utilization of man, machine & material to yield higher productivity
∎ Analyze, control and reduce cost and wastage in an effective and efficient manner.
∎ Establish and maintain operational guidelines, procedures and practices.
∎ Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance through process and technology improvement as well as facilitate procurement of compatible equipment and machinery.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs and their career development plans
∎ Responsible for reporting all production related information in prescribed formats within given period and deadlines.
∎ Plan and direct activities such as coordinating with other department heads as required.
∎ Ensure and maintain safe, clean and tidy production floor.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the Management as per company requirement.
∎ Manage production of woven garments of all categories.
∎ Improve quality management system in production.
∎ Guide & supervise activities of I.E. Department to improve efficiency.
∎ Improve cut to ship ratio & reduce wastage.
∎ Effectively monitor production.
∎ Ensure on time delivery of orders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Specialized in all woven items.
∎ Strong communication skill.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
∎ Dynamic, proactive, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Strong leadership capability, self-driven & team building efficiency.
∎ Capable of handling the overall production of the industry
∎ Both Local and Foreign Applicant (s) can apply.
