∎ Successful history of at least eight years of work experience in garment industry preferably specialized in Design and Product Development.
∎ Additionally, a diploma or vocational certificate in fashion design is required.
∎ Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present design concepts to customers.
∎ Solid understanding of market trends, consumer behavior and buying patterns.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
∎ Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
∎ It is essential for the candidate to have acquired experience in handling European customers.
∎ The selected candidate will receive a monthly remuneration based on international standards, which is negotiable.
∎ Preference will be given to candidates with internationally recognized qualifications.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A career at Li & Fung means you will be part of a global team specializing in all points of the fashion supply chain process including product design and development which includes solid understanding of market trends, consumer behavior and buying patterns and also present design concepts to customers.
∎ This position will be Company's one of the key representatives, will manage and enhance long-term business relationships with customers to maximize business growth and opportunities via offering design concepts and detailed product sketches with customers.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction via handling their enquiries and complaints, design and develop apparel products that meet market needs and brand standards.
∎ Ensure the efficient running of the team across-functions to achieve the KPIs and work closely with the merchandising team to ensure cohesive product line development and selection.
∎ Research and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and adjust the product line accordingly.
∎ Participate in fitting sessions to ensure products are developed and manufactured according to design specifications.
