Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities
- Oversee measurement accuracy, grading checks, print color shades, size corrections, inside color consistency, air hole color, spotting issues, and execution of the print plan.
- Ensure printing aligns with buyer requirements and specifications.
- Maintain high-quality standards while achieving production targets.
- Organize and lead Pre-Production (PP) meetings, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
- Strive to achieve high-quality outputs and consistent color matching.
- Uphold 5S workplace organization practices to ensure a clean, efficient, and safe working environment
