Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters / Bachelor in Textile Engineering, Management, Accounting or any equivalent subject with required amount of experience
∎ Skills Required: Advance Excel, Excellent Presentation Skills, MIS Reporting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop operational strategy and ensure that the operational activities meet the organizational requirements
∎ Responsible to monitor and evaluate planning, production recording and follow up.
∎ Coordinate with sales team, present order status, and product costing and discuss capacity status of the factory. Take decision to accept any order or not when there are fewer margins.
∎ Allocate styles in different units based on available capacity and product categories. job work in terms of production capacity. Change technical setting of the garment for the reduction of making cost and production friendly samples.
∎ To develop positive working relationship with the support divisions and sales team to ensure proper operational support
∎ Follow up the complete production supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery.
∎ Follow up on Daily Production Status and raise alarms wherever delays happening or anticipated.
∎ Create MIS and maintain records for daily, weekly and monthly production and sales.
∎ Work closely with various departments to ensure items are being approved within due dates.
∎ Frequent visit to showrooms and factories.
∎ To address and monitor operational, technical and mechanical issues in a timely manner
∎ To manage direct reporting related to financial, business, and administration matters
∎ To implement quality and productivity objectives to achieve company goals
∎ To evaluate key productivity indicators and implement process improvement initiatives
∎ Any other relates job(s) as assign by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: 4 to 5 years' experience in the following areas, Coordination, Planning, Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business areas, Garments, Trading Business
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with cross function
∎ Planning Skill, Product Development Skill
∎ Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
∎ Should be elegant, energetic & have pleasant personality.
∎ Dynamic, self-motivated and excellent in inter personal skill
Salary: Negotiable
