Production planning, Production Planning and Coordination

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure an appropriate line plan with proper lead time based on the line nature and allocate styles/ items.
∎ Coordinate with the concerned team to ensure proper and on-time line feeding as well as facilitate proper support in case of any inaccuracy in the plan.
∎ Collect order/ style details, pre-production sample/ approved sample, pattern, etc. from the concerned merchant and sample section.
∎ Arrange meetings with all the concerned teams to analyze the styles and review the critical points & check the status and ensure on-time Trims and Fabric in-house.
∎ Coordinate with the fabric Quality Assurance Team to ensure fabric test report (Shrinkage/ Shade) and inspection report.
∎ Coordinate with the CAD section to prepare the size-set pattern, the cutting section to cut the size-set, and the sample section to prepare the size-set.
∎ Monitor the wash team activities regarding size-set wash and quality team to ensure the final size-set.
∎ Arrange the Pre-production meeting with Buying QC.
∎ Follow up with the cutting and quality team to ensure the pilot-run project.
∎ Prepare daily reports on production, pre-production follow-up chart, wash status, shipment status, style summary, over-time demand, over-time costing, etc.,
∎ Review the daily rejection status and take initiative to the corrective measures.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
