∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial and Production Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Industrial Engineering, Production planning, Production Planning and Coordination
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure line balancing as per layout, time and motion study for all styles.
∎ Follows up time- study, capacity study, and production study.
∎ Order allocation in sewing lines based on SMV on a regular basis.
∎ Estimation of SMV & define SMV based costing.
∎ Monitor line wise production report by hourly output basis.
∎ Monitor cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastage
∎ New operator monitoring with capacity, capability & handling Issue.
∎ Monitor monthly projection & labor cost analysis.
∎ Co-ordinate with Production department for improving their working procedures.
∎ To make strong production follow up in learning curve period for achieving target & efficiency.
∎ Factory wise machinery allocation based on production plan.
