Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring the factory is compliant with the standards of the industry, the law of the land, and buyers’ requirements.
∎ Face Compliance Audits by any buyer’s representative or third-party
∎ Attending various types of committee meetings to know the problems of different aspects and taking appropriate measures to find out the solution.
∎ Ensure all safety aspects of fire and other hazards in the factory compound.
∎ Ensure medical facilities for all employees of the factory.
∎ Follow up daily HRA activities as compliance demand as per the company policy with strong supervision.
∎ Monitor compliance certification of Accord & Alliance and handle their different audits with requirements.
∎ Handling Police Stations, Local Influences, etc.
∎ Maintain and control all admin issues i.e. housekeeping, utility services, accommodation, transportation, office equipment and tools, health & safety, and security service & provide all logistic support.·
∎ Follow up the checking procedure and gate pass/challan which goods are moving factory in & out.
∎ Follow up canteen lunch & tiffin and snacks shop service by quality and quantity.
∎ Follow up all types of local and overseas purchases based on requisition from different departments.
∎ Follow up on the renovation works of the factory.
∎ Follow up wastage and leftover sales of the factory.
∎ Involvement with external parties for various requirements of the factory like city power, land rental/purchase, licenses, or any other government requirement.
∎ Plan, support and take corrective action at the time of any emergency.
∎ Taking necessary action is required to maintain the good condition of the facility/building.
