Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design & Execute OD strategies to foster a high-performance, inclusive, and agile organizational culture.
∎ Facilitate change management processes to support organizational transformation and development initiatives.
∎ Conduct comprehensive organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address these issues.
∎ Design & develop organizational structure, policies, and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Analyze and evaluate training and development programs to measure their impact and effectiveness.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in organizational development and implement relevant strategies and interventions.
∎ Provide proper guidance to employees on organizational development matters, including performance management and career development.
∎ Develop proper performance management systems, including goal-setting, appraisals, and continuous feedback.
∎ Collaborate with departments to assess workforce capabilities, manage employee engagement, and promote cultural alignment.
∎ Produce detailed reports on training effectiveness, organizational development progress
