∎ Masters/MBA in any discipline from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and standardization of processes, system and SOP of all retail operation
∎ Team management, team training and develop monthly training hours calendar
∎ Building teams KPI, periodic tracking and review with the team
∎ Annual business plan and tracking, competition watch and event planning
∎ Taking action to achieve daily, weekly, monthly budget both in terms of top line and bottom line
∎ Strengthening online presence by partnering and onboarding top regional brands
∎ Conduct inventory analysis to determine optimal stock levels
∎ Oversee the merchandising of products across all the outlets
∎ Team and product availability, working with planning for stock replenishment and new orders for best sellers
∎ Team mapping to target and customer experience scorecard and recruiting the operation team
∎ Working with top management and planning new brand launch and expansion plan
∎ Proper internal control in place with monthly audit and assist in implementation of ERP
∎ Timely preparation and analysis of all required reports including ROI as well as implementation of budget control
∎ Develop and circulate regular MIS report as well as due diligence of strategic business decisions and business plans
∎ Compliance with Tax, Vat and other regulatory compliance also assure these documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
∎ Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company also review financial reports for ways to reduce cost and increase efficiency
∎ Any task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age at least 34 years
∎ At least 5 year(s) of extensive experience in Retail Operations
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments, Textile, Group of Companies
∎ Proven track record and working experience
∎ Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
∎ Ability to plan and undertake multi-tasks effectively
∎ To have the capacity to work logically and systematically
∎ To have the capacity to ensure good time management and work with a Team
∎ To be realistic and prompt to take decision and solve problems
∎ To have excellent communication & presentation skills in English
