Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/BBA in any discipline from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversees team of inventory or warehouse employees.
∎ Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and
∎ stock levels.
∎ Evaluate deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory
∎ control procedures.
∎ Plan markdown and clearance of stock in due time
∎ Ensure availability of the top sellers throughout the year
∎ Replenishment of the stores stock
∎ Ensure stock holding time not more than 6 months
∎ Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems
∎ and Storage
∎ Communicates with inventory employees to meet business goals and
∎ address personnel issues.
∎ Develops business relationships with suppliers and clients.
∎ Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain
∎ logistics.
∎ Monitors demand and analyzes data to anticipate future supply and
∎ logistical needs.
∎ Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency
∎ and personnel issues to upper management.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Develop and analyze systems that are to be used by the employees and the
∎ managers of the company
∎ Develop strategies that are to be used in implementation of software and
∎ hardware systems in the organization
∎ Look after the maintenance of the computer systems and make sure that all
∎ the departments are functioning properly
∎ Develop and manage staff to monitor technology staff and oversee policies
∎ and procedures of the company
∎ Look after the purchase of the software and hardware systems and plan
∎ proper budget and quotations for the systems
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Proven track record and working experience
∎ Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
∎ Ability to plan and undertake multi-tasks effectively
∎ To have the capacity to work logically and systematically
∎ To have the capacity to ensure good time management and work with a Team
∎ To be realistic and prompt to take decision and solve problems
∎ To have excellent communication & presentation skills in English.
