∎ BBA from any reupdated university in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying potential scope of commercial growth, exploiting current resources and generate the best output in terms of revenues as well as market growth for online sales
∎ Establishing strong partnerships with top local and international brands and retailers to develop their presence and growth as part of overall company growth.
∎ Develop and execute Strategic & project plans for the launch of existing & new brands, products, and segments.
∎ Collaborate with inter-departments, online and offline channels across the organization to deliver on targets.
∎ Proactively develop collaborative relationships with related stakeholders as a trusted resource for category insights and objective growth opportunities.
∎ Plan and launch campaigns, working closely with cross functional teams like platform and marketing etc.
∎ Identify assortment gaps, development of online merchandising and promotion plans to achieve sales targets, ensuring pricing competitiveness, assortment, stock availability of key revenue driven assortments.
∎ Monitor & evaluation of company growth performance indicators
∎ Working closely and providing strategy and guidance to the Business Development.
∎ Managing a team of Key Account Manager(s) – responsible for growth of accounts within the category.
∎ Project Management and Internal collaboration.
∎ Manage and monitor the successful execution of ad-hoc strategic project.
∎ Cross- functional team collaborations on necessary systems and processes to support company needs and deliver efficiency.
∎ Proactively builds insights to help educate and influence sales strategy at an internal organizational level with a specific focus towards marketing and operations
Additional Requirements:
∎ 4 years of work experience in relevant field
∎ Understanding of local catalog and campaign
∎ Knowledge of Lifestyle and E-commerce operations
∎ Familiarity with Magento 2 platforms
∎ Problem-solving skills along with project management capability
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
