∎ BBA in any discipline (Preferably MIS) from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Microsoft Excel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should possess Excellent knowledge in MIS Reporting, MIS preparation, Advance Excel/VBA, PPT, and MySQL, Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF, Concatenate, Countify Filters, duplicate value, charts, User Forms.
∎ Should have Hands on experience on Dashboards and Reports, Good knowledge of connecting the different data resources, manage tasks and execution plan.
∎ Good analytical skills for MIS, number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers.
∎ Perform data Analysis required to generate, maintain, consolidate and track various reports Daily, Weekly, Monthly MIS Reports needed by the Management & Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team
∎ Identify the opportunities of automating the reports, snapshots and dashboards using advanced formulae, Macros, VB and other techniques.
∎ Handling multiple reports, working with formula, pivot tables pivot charts, and various other excel sheet components for accurate data.
∎ Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards, created from potentially multiple data sources.
∎ Emailing Reconciled MIS Reports with data visualization details using charts like Bar Chart
∎ Pie Charts, experiencing in data analysis, prioritizing and managing tasks/requests, team management exposure and self-motivated with high level of ownership.
∎ On time delivery of cross-functional reports to support day to day operations and financial payments to partners, vendors and other stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 37 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent skills on MS office
∎ Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
∎ Ability to plan and undertake multi-tasks effectively
