Position Overview

The Manager – Operations (Logistics & Supply Chain) will be responsible for managing and optimizing all operational and logistics processes related to Digibox’s smart locker network, supply chain management, and partner coordination. The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and hands-on experience in operations, logistics, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day logistics operations, including warehouse coordination, inventory control, and distribution.

• Plan and execute locker installation schedules, ensuring timely delivery and site readiness.

• Develop and maintain relationships with logistics partners, transport vendors, and suppliers.

• Optimize supply chain processes to minimize cost, reduce downtime, and improve efficiency.

• Manage procurement planning, including parts, materials, and equipment for ongoing projects.

• Coordinate with the Engineering, IT, and Business Development teams to align operational support with project timelines.

• Track locker system performance, maintenance schedules, and uptime reports across the network.

• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as delivery performance, turnaround time, and resource utilization.

• Lead and train field operations teams, drivers, and technicians to maintain operational standards.
