Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in any discipline from any recognised university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Involve in planning and ensure implementation of integrated project activities of communicable disease component (TB, Malaria, HIV, & COVID-19) in CHT districts
∎ Review monthly action plan of the subordinate staffs, follow up their activities and provide support accordingly
∎ Provide feedback based on reports and observations for necessary actions to the field staff
∎ Maintain close coordination, communication and liaison with local health & non-health authority, Hill district council, central malaria & TB team, other BRAC programmes and stakeholders
∎ Ensure uninterrupted supply chain management in assigned areas e.g., drugs, lab supplies, Insecticide treated nets (ITNs) cartridges, chips, X-ray films, etc.
∎ Conduct field visit for monitoring & supervision to maintain quality of Programme (i.e. programmatic, financial and administrative) and take initiatives to solve the problems
∎ Analyze the project data and compile reports for the submission to BRAC central MIS unit and Govt. reporting channel and take proper steps to implement any decision by the higher management
∎ Manage different internal & external audits and support spot check verification by donor, LFA, BCCM or by others
∎ Participate in different forum, and meeting at national and regional level
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
∎ Excellent in negotiation skills and presentation skills
∎ Excellent knowledge on MS Office package and internet browsing and email writing
∎ Minimum five years experience in the relevant field
