Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work collaboratively with all department managers to make sure operations are running smoothly in tandem with one another.
∎ Developing and implementing strategies that will ensure a positive experience that exceeds the client’s.
∎ Support to prepare the annual budget and operations plans as required.
∎ Organize training programs to enhance the job skills and performance of BASECAMP personnel.
∎ Monitor the accounts receivable, accounts payable, and purchase requisitions of each BASECAMP department.
∎ Establish and maintain standards for staff performance and customer service.
∎ Inspect BASECAMP stores to ensure available stock in inventory and determine the need for stocking.
∎ Liaise with the marketing staff to develop and implement strategies for growing the business.
∎ Hire contractors and deal with vendors to ensure the provision of high-quality products and services.
∎ Schedule work shifts and tasks to site Managers accordingly.
∎ Conducting daily meetings to ensure that all departments are in working order.
∎ Monitor and manage all development, construction, and maintenance-related activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a managerial position in the resort/hotel industry.
∎ Willing to travel across the country as and when required.
∎ Strong Leadership skills and administrative capabilities are required.
∎ High level of responsibility and accountability.
∎ Strong management, communication and organizational skills.
