∎ BBA/MBA in Marketing from any recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure complete coverage of own portfolio to cover all levels of accounts for comprehensive client service, achieving targets, and maximum productivity.
∎ Achieve monthly Sales Targets and develop excellent relationships with Corporate clients.
∎ Undertake direct sales solicitation on behalf of the BASECAMP and calls on new potential clients.
∎ Support to prepare annual budget and marketing/sales plans as required.
∎ Ensure that selling strategies are adhered to during negotiations and maximize up-selling opportunities whenever possible
∎ Continuously update the new business database and focus on key market segments to promote BASECAMP
∎ Perform any other lawful assignment given by the Management as and when required basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial position in the resort/hotel industry.
∎ Strong knowledge about the market trend, potential clients, target point of sales, and innovative marketing tools.
∎ Strong Leadership skills and administrative capabilities are required.
∎ Ready to work extra hours irrespective of scheduled duty in case of emergency or urgent needs.
∎ Should have “Can Do Attitude”.
∎ Presentable personality, well-groomed, and excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
∎ Listening, speaking, and writing ability in the English language.
