∎ Minimum 7-10 years of practical experience in the Inland vessel operation sector.
∎ Experience in operating lighter vessels in various ports such as Chittagong, Payra & Mongla Port and other local destinations.
∎ Strong communication skills in both Bengali & English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Decision making & Leading the organization.
∎ Capable to liaising with different Govt & non-government organizations in order to improve business relationship of the organization.
∎ Skills Required: MS Word, MS Excel, & Email communication.
