Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
∎ M.Sc or MS in any Agriculture related subject will get preference.
∎ Minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd Division/ Class or equivalent in all academic examinations.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Operation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining constant touch with Government agencies, Agricultural offices related to Company affairs.
∎ Communicate or corresponding with Government/ Private Organizations regarding fertilizer issues.
∎ Constantly monitoring the routine activities of all the marketing field staff, followed by reporting to higher authority.
∎ Keeping all the related office files and documents updated.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have substantial experience in the following business arena(s): Fertilizer Company/firm or any large Agro based Company.
∎ Good command in communications both spoken and written (Bengali and English).
∎ Computer literacy especially in MS Office and MS excel.
∎ Pro-active mindset to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ethical stance and result oriented mindset for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Strong analytical, technical and working ability.
∎ Good interpersonal relationships and must be a team player.
∎ Typing skill in Bangla will get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
