• Applicant must mention current buyer name.
• Applicant have relevant experience in Merchandising Denim wear (Tops & Bottom)

• Overseeing the planning and implementation of marketing & merchandising strategies.
• Setting up the departmental structure in accordance with business target and drafting SOP’s for team, coaching them regularly on system, new trends, and review business targets.
• Planning on Consistency of the capacity fulfillment.
• Responsible to ensure effective marketing of the right product mix to ensure the profitability up to the maximum potential of the company. 
• Ensure effective marketing strategy by Managing design & product development team.
• This includes costing, sampling, design development, material development etc. 
• Plan a proper strategy for the sustainability of the existing customers to secure the orders. 
• Perform/Supervise the costing and pricing of the product to ensure acceptable & profitable prices as per instruction from the management. 
• Ensure proper guidance to the team for maintaining SOP’s for the costing for avoiding all sort of error’s.
• Performing periodical meeting with the product development team or Design & Development team to discuss current development for existing customers and new developments on clothing for offering to existing or new customers. 
• Study & analyze the knowledge with the market trends. Taking initiative in Developing the denim garments product consulting with department head.
• Supervise the team or material management team on working closely with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality trims, and other materials necessary for product development. 
• Evaluate material options based on cost, quality, and sustainability considerations.
• Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate a smooth product development process.
• Ensuring best negotiation with flexible product range and competitive price to the customers, by reviewing cost sheet with comparative data study. 
• Establish and maintain good business partnership by ensuring excellent customer service.
• Develop and maintain production timelines, ensuring that key milestones are met.
