We are looking for a qualified and dynamic candidate as General Manager- Operations for woven garments manufacturing company. Foreign candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring & controlling the operational activities of 100% export-oriented woven garments for the entire group.

• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's business goals and growth plans.

• Analyze current operational processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost reduction, and productivity.

• Lead the development of annual operating plans and budgets for the factory.

• Responsible for efficiency, productivity, quality and technical aspect of the floor cut to pack.

• Formulate production plan based on machine manpower; study the m/c layout to achieve optimum productivity.

• Develop strategies to achieve Targeted productivity.

• Must submit monthly target/achievement reports to the Managing director.

• Initiate effective communication skills to motivate and develop professionalism and mental strength for higher productivity among the staff of the production department.

• Ensure Effective Utilization of Company Resources.

• From time to time report to the Managing Director with Strategic functions of Industrial Engineering.

• Do Other jobs as per instruction of the Managing Director when required.

• Any other tasks assigned by management.
