Strong English Communication Skill.

German/French Skill will be added advantage

PGS/Pepco/LPP/ALDI/NKD/Takko/Tesco/Next/Nutmeg/GAP/PUMA

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive professional to manage key customer accounts, lead merchandising and International Marketing activities, and support business growth in the apparel sourcing company.

The role requires strong communication, order management, and buyer handling skills, leadership skills, develop business growth.

• Manage assigned buyer accounts and maintain strong client relationships.

• Handle product inquiries, costing, quotation, and order follow-up. (Cut & Sew all types of Knit, Circular Knit, Sportswear, Outerwear, Light Woven)

• In Depth Product Knowledge on Knit, Sportswear, Outerwear, Sweater.

• Factory Sourcing and Order Placement.

• Coordinate with factories, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth execution.

• Monitor sampling, production status, quality, and shipment timelines.

• Ensure on-time delivery and buyer satisfaction.

• Identify new business opportunities and support account expansion.

• Prepare reports, order summaries, and critical path updates.

• Resolve day-to-day merchandising and customer issues professionally.

• Manage the Overall Business Growth of Apparel Sourcing Company and report directly to Top Management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Apparel Sourcing Company as well as factory in Leadership role and ability to Taking care of Business Operation

• Strong English communication.

• Good negotiation and problem-solving ability.

• Have work experience with any of below buyers-

  PGS/Pepco, ALDI, Next, Matalan, LPP, NKD

• Mobile bill
