Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Minimum 5–10 years experience in merchandising (RMG sector).

  • Must have experience with international buyers (Europe/USA retail chains preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of costing, sourcing, and production follow-up.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple orders under pressure.

  • Must have experience with buyers will be an added advantage, especially (LC waikiki, Aldi, Lidl)



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead and oversee the full merchandising function from order confirmation to final shipment delivery.

  • Manage key international buyers including LC Waikiki, Lidl, and Aldi ensuring smooth communication, order execution, and long-term business growth.

  • Develop strategic merchandising plans aligned with production capacity, buyer forecasts, and company profitability goals.

  • Supervise and guide merchandising teams to ensure efficient handling of orders, samples, and production follow-up.

  • Approve and control costing, pricing strategy, and negotiation with buyers and suppliers to ensure target margins.

  • Monitor and control Time & Action (T&A) plans across multiple orders to ensure on-time shipment performance.

  • Coordinate closely with production, sourcing, quality, commercial, and export departments for smooth workflow and issue resolution.

  • Oversee sample development process including proto, fit, PP, size set, and shipment samples, ensuring buyer satisfaction.

  • Analyze production risks, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to avoid delays and quality issues.

  • Ensure compliance with buyer requirements including quality standards, testing, social compliance, and audit requirements.

  • Review and finalize order documentation such as PI, BOM, costing sheets, shipment records, and export documents.

  • Strengthen vendor management and develop reliable sourcing strategies for fabrics, trims, and accessories.

  • Drive continuous improvement in merchandising efficiency, lead time reduction, and cost optimization.

  • Maintain strong business relationships with buyers and ensure repeat orders and business expansion.

  • Prepare regular reports on order status, shipment performance, and department KPIs for management review.
