• Strong knowledge of material requirement planning (MRP) and supply chain processes & Chemical Management.

• Proven ability to manage large-scale chemical, Machine, Mechanical and Mechanical parts accessories & stationary inventories with minimal wastage.

• Liaison with production planning dept., customer requirements and lead time management.

• Excellent leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with procurement, Planning, and production.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

RJM Footwear Ltd. is 100% export oriented fully complied factory. We are looking for well experienced, energetic, positive attitude and skilled person for our Central Material Control Department.

Responsibilities & Context

• Monitor the GRN, MRR, GRR, Delivery & Mushak Challan etc.

• Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that accessories are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.

• Keep costs and other overheads within the budgeted limit.

• Follow and implement the operational strategies and procedures according to the company policy.

• Lead and guide the store personnel to accomplish the assigned/ vested task in the best possible way.

• Ensuring proper system for Chemical purchasing, storing, handling & inventory.

• Finished goods according to delivery schedule; Resolve problems concerning transportation vehicle, loading, unloading labor, logistics systems, imports or exports and customer issues.

• Ensure daily/weekly stock report.

• Prepare material receiving plan, organize location, Store and keep records as per the SOPs.

• Plan and monitor the inventory transactions and ensure the proper documentations.

• Monitor left-over and wastage and maintain records in a proper manner.

• Follow up all quality process under QMS. (Ex; Material inspection, Storing, Issuing, etc.)

• Follow-up all process of MCD to avoid material wastage & delays.

• Ensure timely receiving & issuing of material as per plan.

• Maintain on time delivery & will maintain FIFO methods

• Ensure compliance with policies, Buyer requirements and laws of the Land.

• Ensure Functional reporting, goal alignment & performance evaluation process (Monthly touch base).

• Perform daily GEMBA walk & conduct process audit.

• Report any process deviation and take corrective action with team.

• Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
