• Must have expertise in managing store department in Garments Industries.

• Must have strong leadership, decision making & problem solving, and inter-personal skills.

• Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.

• Willing to work under pressure.

• Knowledge in handling ERP software.

• Supervisory & Team building Skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage MCD operations including material receiving, storage, allocation, and tracking.

• Ensure accurate inventory management of fabrics, trims, and accessories.

• Monitor material consumption and control wastage across production processes.

• Coordinate with Planning, Merchandising, Production, and Store for material availability.

• Ensure timely issuance of materials as per production requirements.

• Maintain material reconciliation (received vs issued vs balance).

• Monitor fabric utilization, GSM, shrinkage, and consumption variance.

• Implement and maintain MCD systems, reports, and MIS.

• Ensure proper documentation and traceability of materials.

• Identify discrepancies, losses, or pilferage and take corrective actions.

• Support cost control by optimizing material usage.

• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and internal policies.

• Coordinate with Quality team for material inspection and approval.

• Lead stock audits and ensure audit readiness at all times.

• Develop and improve material control processes and SOPs.

• Train and develop team members on MCD best practices.

• Prepare and present material status reports to management.
