Educational Requirements:
∎ Applicant should be Graduate in any discipline from recognized university. MBA would be preferable.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Having professional Certification will be added extra advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have vast knowledge on marketing independently on woven RMG and have knowledge on procure order.
∎ Candidate must have capacity to control section and subordinate staff smoothly.
∎ Sourcing, developing and dealing with buyers independently with relevant merchandising involvement.
∎ Capable to take responsibility for overall monitoring of merchandising follow up at every level of execution order.
∎ Provides key inputs for the development of new customers, products and markets
∎ Regularly collects and analysis competitor information through market intelligence and other sources.
∎ Coordinates with Operations and Integrated Planning and IE for procurement, production planning, and timely dispatch.
∎ Understands the strategic of business requirement of the organization and suggests new capability building based on market intelligence
∎ Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments.
∎ Must have experience in woven items.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
∎ Computer skills in MS Office, MS Excel and Internet
∎ Self-motivated, confident and proactive.
∎ Focused and detail-oriented.
∎ Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have continued learning mindset.
∎ Capable to manage different Buyer's requirements independently
