∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor all QA/QC operations and per-production activities to ensure that an end product meets the customer quality requirements within AQL.
∎ Ensure product quality as per quality parameters & Buyers direction.
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality.
∎ Achieve all given KPI
∎ Make Q.C inspection plan with production and material department.
∎ Finalize the critical operation, quality points and ensure explanation to Quality Inspectors & Quality Supervisors.
∎ Responsible for overall quality assurance/ Quality Control in the factory.
∎ Setting Q.A team and ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Able to work in Cross-Functional environment.
∎ Managing a team of people and is able to train and develop associates.
∎ To provide technical solutions and trouble shootings to production team.
∎ Propose/ Implement strategic improvements in quality process.
∎ Have to perform other duties & responsibilities as when assigned by the superiors.
∎ Prepare different reports and submit to the top management.

Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
