• To make all color recipe formulations from the spectrophotometer/manual.
• To select dyes according to shade% and fabrication and arrange a lab-accredited process with the buyer.
• To make a mesmerism-free recipe according to shade and color, recheck the recipe ready.
• To select dyes according to quality requirements and attend to buying house any testing technical issues.
• Select the final lab dip submission shade and make lab dip according to the buyer's schedule.
• To confirm all lab machine calibration to 3rd party.
• To check the final shade with a spectrophotometer and perform specialty M & S and H & M approved test routines.
• The lab dip program properly maintains and collects all buyer quality requirements.
• To check all recipe cards for the dyeing floor and train all lab people to technically all test parameters.
• To communicate with the dyeing floor and control all tests m/c with the program.
• To communicate with DGM sir for any dyeing recipe problem and train all lab people to factory compliance.
• Execute all test parameters of finished fabrics and check test procedure & test quality.
• To execute all chemical test parameters and provide technical support for any new lab dips & new tests.
• To check all production & all sample test reports and control all manpower in the lab.
• To check, especially the SGS & ITS test fabric reports, and communicate with the management.
