• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology
• Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference

• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Plan and manage all the dyeing departments’ activities, assuming responsibility for production quantity, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Develop and execute a workflow plan as per the budgeted targets.
• Ensure appropriate production inventory control procedures.
• Ensure the raw materials and finished goods meet customer requirements.
• Responsible for using lean principles and operating practices to establish, maintain, and improve the production process.
• Direct dyeing activities to ensure products are produced within the established time, cost control, and quality standards.
• Control operations costs within approved budgets by evaluating actual expenditures with budgeted costs and taking appropriate actions.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance activities in the workplace.
• Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
• Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs, and manage their career development.
• Foster a positive and responsive culture while ensuring the production schedule is met.
• Ensure cost reduction by reducing waste and extra-hour work.
