Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc/MSc in CS/CSE/EEE/Science.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Broad skill in ERP project management and implementation in large-scale environment; preferably manufacturing industry.
∎ Advanced knowledge in database architecture, design & management, with full DBA skills on SQL Server/MySQL/Postgres.
∎ Ensure timely backups and any data migration processes and the resulting data integrity.
∎ Linux & Windows server management skill and experience on building and deploying infrastructure with cloud deployment technologies.
∎ Deep knowledge in software development life cycle and software testing methodology.
∎ Collaborate cross-functionally with business users, project managers and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions.
∎ Understanding of Agile methodologies, along with the knowledge of how best to schedule software delivery across a variety of priorities.
∎ Attention to detail on delivery of production-grade software including testing, monitoring, performance measurement, and incident management.
∎ Manage technology infrastructure and development plans, projects, policies and procedures.
∎ Creating and implementing training procedures directly related to the organization's ERP including training of all end-users.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Good communication skill and team work.
∎ Candidates having a drive to achieve goals, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Sincere, energetic & dedicated and able to work under pressure.
∎ Should have problem solving skills and analytical ability.
∎ Must be proactive, creative, detail-oriented and quick learner.
∎ At least 8-10 Years of experiences in FMCG organization, local large Corporate House or Manufacturing Company.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Database Administrator (DBA), Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, Hardware Engineer, IT System Management, MIS , Software Implementation, Computer Hardware/Network.
