Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc / B.Sc in Information Technology/Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or equivalent academic degree in a relevant field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, supervise, design and implement IT projects to assist operational and strategic decision making of the specific functions.
∎ Develop or update project plans of IT including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, budgets etc.
∎ Develop detailed project plans by assessing current or future internal customer needs and priorities through communicating directly with internal customers.
∎ Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables through developing work breakdown structure (WBS) of information technology projects.
∎ Develop implementation plans and guidelines that include analyses such as cost-benefit or return on investment (ROI).
∎ Act as strategic business consultant for the users/functions to ensure value addition to business according to the divisional objectives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and other relevant certification will be an added advantage.
∎ Strong Leadership capability, analytical ability, behavioral skill and IT project management skill in the context of both Internal & external environment with minimum 8 years of work experience.
∎ Excellent written/oral communication skills (both English and Bangla) with strong analytical, strategic thinking, organizational, interpersonal competencies with commendable negotiation skills.
∎ The incumbent should be self-driven to work under pressure, result oriented with "can do" attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Age limit is within 40 (forty) years. But it may be relaxed for qualified and experienced candidates.
∎ In depth technical knowledge on IT especially on Database Management, ERP etc.
